Hi, I’m Brenda and I am thrilled to welcome you to my boutique yoga studio and Reiki healing space at The Unity Community Centre in the neighbourhood of Marysville in Fredericton, New Brunswick.
With nearly a decade of experience as a Jikiden Reiki practioner and certified yoga instructor, having over 800hrs of yoga teacher training, along with my continuing education in Kinesiology, Psychology at UNB, as well as currently being trained in Aryuveda, my passion lies in guiding individuals like you toward a holistic way of life and healing.
